Behind the Shot.

Ascending Cottonwood Pass in late fall became an unexpected adventure as nature unveiled its seasonal transformation. As we approached the pass, an ethereal blanket of dense fog rolled in, turning the landscape into a mystical realm. To our surprise, the fog brought the season's first snowstorm. The ascent through the pass became a passage through a winter wonderland, with each turn revealing a layer of freshly fallen snow. Reaching the summit marked a breathtaking moment, emerging above the clouds, we were greeted by a spectacular view. The snow-covered landscape stretched as far as the eye could see, with the Collegiate Range piercing through the distant fog, creating a captivating tableau of seasonal transition. It was a truly beautiful sight to behold, capturing the essence of nature's ever changing tapestry.
